Alright so for Xmas I got this website a day calendar that has a weird or interesting or funny website everyday. I figure if there are any that are notable I can share them with you all here. Note that I will not be posting everyday because some just aren't that good. You may have noticed that we are now 11 days into the year so I'll play catch up right now.

Hahaha, that would be freaking awesome. And keeping on pace with the shoutbox, they even have a lacrosse team, however we do not play them this year. We could have had a humping/lacrosse watching/binge drinking weekend...

At the risk of actually learning something this is a cool experiment. They are trying to replicate a sort of death ray allegedly used in 212 BC by a Greek mathematician against Roman ships. Old school WMD.

The last for today is actually extremely interesting (if you ask me). Basically this site was created to document all the confluences (areas where a latitude and longitude line intersect) on the earth. Actually I think they are only the land ones. You can see the ones they have and the ones they need.
