I did, submitted it in writing, those fuckers have not gotten back to me, come tonight regardless if you want. i can't believe this.

I appealed it and bisited them Thursday night, they are combining forces with CUSA and the Women's league to have an official hearing, I reminded them that this whole thing could be over in the matter of two minutes, but they have to go through this dragging their feet bullshit approach.

The ref is sticking by his call, what kind of ref would he be if he had no backbone to his calls.

I'll keep you all posted on any developments and I wish I had more to share.

Steve and Tom both talked to the Ref that suspended you, and he said he was sticking to his guns. I think if we don't find the guy that you allegedly spit on, you are fucked.......

The league will get the guy, if we submit something from the "victim" they'd think we probably cut a deal with him. I asked them to simply ask the "victim" and this whole thing would be over then they would not have to get off their ass and organize this appeal..... but they prefer the hard way.

Oh and the jerseys are done and I hear they are glorious!

Here is what I submitted a week ago.

This is an appeal for the Notice of Disciplinary Action on the behalf of Trevor Boys (ID#237). The alleged accusations are completely false and can be proven by asking the “victim” in question of the spitting incident. The referee falsely accused Mr. Trevor Boys with the infraction and never bothered to ask the “victim” if the incident occurred. The person involved from the Toads team apologized for tripping Trevor to our team and was never under questioning by the referee.

Here is the notice of appeal and I hope that we can set a hearing or speak with the Toad team to get on with our respective seasons. My entire team has a great respect for the game and what the league has tried to do to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience. Trevor Boys himself is sick with the accusation and believe such precautions should be met if the incident were real. This is a black eye on my team and this league all based on false accusations.
