Website a Day

Alright so for Xmas I got this website a day calendar that has a weird or interesting or funny website everyday. I figure if there are any that are notable I can share them with you all here. Note that I will not be posting everyday because some just aren't that good. You may have noticed that we are now 11 days into the year so I'll play catch up right now.
Drug Calculator: The US government lets you figure out how much you spend on booze, cigarettes, etc. and what you could have bought instead.
http://ncadi.samhsa.gov/features/interact/calc/
Mummification: Who knew you could still get mummified for the low cost of $70k. Even your pets can experience it.
http://www.summum.org/mummification/
Stuff on my Cat: Exactly what it sounds like.
http://www.stuffonmycat.com/
Until next time.

Okay they have all been pretty unremarkable so far. But I found one via other sources that is freaking sweet. Let's all get one for the summer months.

This one isn't super but still worth a quick look. It is stupid criminal stories updated all the time, I think.

hahahahahahaha, I really hope they aren't tracking the sites I visit at work, cuz if they see the St. John's Breast Feeding Association pop up, I may have an emergency meeting with HR.

Hahaha, that would be freaking awesome. And keeping on pace with the shoutbox, they even have a lacrosse team, however we do not play them this year. We could have had a humping/lacrosse watching/binge drinking weekend...

At the risk of actually learning something this is a cool experiment. They are trying to replicate a sort of death ray allegedly used in 212 BC by a Greek mathematician against Roman ships. Old school WMD.

Fairly weak showing lately. This one is only worth mentioning because it is so bizarre and it did make me chuckle for a moment. Death to lawn gnomes!

Found a couple okay ones. First up is dumb product warnings.
http://www.dumb.com/productwarnings.htm
Secondly. Check out this sweet pig latin translator! (Eckchay outway isthay eetsway igpay atinlay anslatortray!)
http://www.snowcrest.net/donnelly/piglatin.html
Finally, make sure you have your sound turned on for this one or it makes less sense (though that assumes it makes any sense in the first place).

Okay I was like two weeks behind in the calendar and found a few that were notable.
First one is a dude who has kept all his navel fluff since 1984. Quite the museum.
http://www.feargod.net/fluff.html
Next is an apology generator that I'm sure Bob could use from time to time.
http://www.karmafarm.com/formletter.html
The last for today is actually extremely interesting (if you ask me). Basically this site was created to document all the confluences (areas where a latitude and longitude line intersect) on the earth. Actually I think they are only the land ones. You can see the ones they have and the ones they need.
