This rebate thing is a bunch of shit. I would have rather them spent it all on something useful for the province. Perhaps numerousl gold statues of Ralphy to be placed at each high school across the Province to commemorate Ralph's great accomplishment of graduating from high school?? er.... oh wait...

Anyway, I heard that dead people are getting them too. DEAD PEOPLE!! Why do they need the money?? Or how about those pricks that just friggin' moved here?? I think the cut off was 6 months?? What good have they done for the province yet??? Maybe they should have been around for all of the layoffs and such, then they might appreciate that money a little more.

In conclusion, the money should have been better spent, but I too am going to blow mine out of province. Just to reiterate, beer, snowboarding, and prostitution. GO ME!
