Yah... like they need to be MORE drunk? :blink: My god! Seriously, when I was there they would start each morning with a tin coffee cup full of bloody Vodka. By lunchtime half of the whole population is off their asses. The last thing they need is something that will make them more intoxicated. I already had to endure a few very scary taxi rides where the driver had a 26 in his lap (no, I'm not kidding).
