At least that has been my staple lately.  Short range (Shipment/Vacant/Wetwork) I prefer something similar to what Bob mentioned.

I have become a fan of the AK-74u, also with a red dot.  Although I have recently been testing the silenced approach both with and without a UAV jammer, but not having stopping power is annoying as hell.
