I desire to post the video of the destruction of our railing on the back deck, Bob. Should my computer have a program for cutting the beginning and end of the video, so that is is within the 25mb limit? If so, what is it called, or what else is better to download - keeping in mind that I need it to be simple. Anyone?

Windows Movie Maker is the simple way to go. It is part of XP. My pet llama could figure it out.
